These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Fownd mobile application and joinfownd.com website (the "Service"), operated by Fownd ("Fownd", "we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Fownd. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Subscriptions and billing

Fownd offers a 14-day free trial of Fownd Pro. After the trial, the subscription auto-renews monthly ($19.99/mo) or annually ($119.99/yr) unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Subscriptions are managed via your Apple ID and can be cancelled in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to (a) reverse-engineer the Service, (b) abuse our API rate limits, (c) submit false or misleading data, or (d) use the Service for illegal purposes.

4. Marketplace data

Fownd surfaces resale data sourced from third-party marketplaces (eBay, Poshmark, etc.). We make a best effort to keep this data accurate, but provide no warranty. Pricing decisions are yours alone.

5. Intellectual property

All trademarks, logos, and content are the property of Fownd or their respective owners. You may not copy or redistribute Service content without permission.

6. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is." Fownd is not liable for losses arising from your use of resale data or sourcing decisions. Maximum aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

8. Changes to terms

We may update these terms; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
